Most of us want to lose weight. The basic principle is really easy to understand: Eat less calories than what you burn in a day.

But counting and monitoring calories is not so much fun.

That is why reducing calories through intermittent fasting (IF) as a lifestyle, works well for many people, including myself.

So I do the 16:8 IF (Only eat during an 8 hour window e.g. 12:00 – 20:00 and then eat nothing for 16 hours). Nucleo is my first meal of the day because it absorbs quickly and pampers my intestine after 16 hours of detox.

Of course I try to avoid sugar/junk/processed food and stick to low GI carbs and healthy proteins/fats when eating other meals.

Studies are ongoing, but some are showing that IF has significant health benefits such as improved blood pressure and increased testosterone (T) levels. 

We already know that healthy T levels improve concentration, mood, confidence, libido, blood pressure, muscle gain, bone strength and fat loss in men and women. The top 3 nutrients that improves T levels are Vitamin D3, Zinc and Magnesium all of which are found in Nucleo. So I am now combining IF, a healthy diet (with Nucleo as first meal), deep sleep (thanks to my CBD oil) and high intensity functional exercise, to improve my T levels. Which all contributes to optimal heart, brain, bone and muscle health.
